There are three main ways people can find Furlenco online using web search:
- Google Search for renting furniture
- Google Search for Furlenco
- Google Search for competitors (Rentomojo, Cityfurnish, Rentickle)
Let’s look at the user experience for all of them.


The Good:
- When we Google “rent furniture”, Furlenco comes first in terms of both organic and ad results. In fact, for organic results, it’s the 1st and 3rd option.
- For the organic results, the description is done quite well. It shows a rating of 4.3 for over 3000 reviews, which can act as Social Proof. Rentomojo (which is right after) has a rating of 4.6, which is slightly negative.
- One the organic search description, they mention that people can rent “award-winning furniture”, which is a very positive way to brand their products.
The Bad:
- For the ad result for Furlenco, the description definitely needs improvement. It says “All the furniture you want for Rs 3599”, which is a fairly large amount, especially because the paid ad for Rentickle mentions the packages start at Rs 59
- The description also doesn’t fit the JTBD for someone looking to rent just a bed or a table.
- They don’t have anything that can attract customers. No discounts, no free/quick delivery, or anything about a wide range of products.
- They have used “Subscribe Now” twice in the description, which is clogging space.
