If you have an android mobile and an internet connection you must be having atleast one online payment method. This is where Mobikwik comes into play. Mobikwik is one of India’s mobile payment aggregator which provides vast range of services ranging from mobile recharge to buying mutual funds. It has market valuation of $750 million with around 70 million active wallets. In 2021 its revenue clocked at ₹302 Crores. Mobikwik’s total transactions reached ₹21k crores and its BNPL books reached ₹1057 crores.

REVENUE STREAMS

70% revenue comes from consumer payments.

19% revenue comes from BNPL, Mobikwik ZIP, other financial services.

11% revenue comes from Zaakpay-Mobikwik’s own payment gateway.

  1. Recharge- Mobile, DTH, Electricity, Water, Piped gas, Insurance.
  2. Mutual funds- invest directly into mutual fund schemes on MobiKwik
  3. Zaakpay (Payment gateway)- MobiKwik currently powers payments for IRCTC, NHAI, Meru Cabs, Big Bazaar, MakeMyTrip, OYO Rooms, Zomato and others.
